You could just rent a botnet with some BTC, that's probably what these dorks are doing. Pooling up their monthly allowances hiring some random gun runners in serbia or some shit who dabble in some shitty onion site and installing malware through spam emails and using these remote machines to DDOS as a botnet. They go by the hour, 24 hours, whatever. tbh,
