1500 for a 3 bedroom in richmond....I was paying 850 for a small ass apt in Oakland but the rent went up to almost a rack....fuck renting in the Bay Area

Damn I feel for the brehs in the bay. I pay $1160 for a 1700 sq ft 3 bedroom "luxury" apartment in a nice ass rich people suburb neighborhood. I was paying $1000 but I fucked up and only signed a 6 month lease after my first lease cause I thought I was gonna move, ended up staying and that bumped it up $120 a month. Then I added one of their storage units which is $40.

Even after the added costs $1160 sounds like a steal for a big 3 bedroom with a storage unit compared to what folks in the bay pay.
