Moderators here completely useless?

I've been asking to have something removed for more than 10 years now. Are the moderators here completely useless, incompetent, or do they just not care at all? Either way, pretty shitty way to treat your users.

That much is clear, but it'd still be great to get someone to spend 2 minutes to assist me after spending more than a decade trying.
