yeah, HGH does make your organs grow it makes EVERYTHING grow and HGH gut is one of the most notorious side effects but that shit is super expensive. im not sure how expensive, but i think its like 2k a week or some shit, plus its extremely unstable you can't just really buy that shit off the black market internet and if you do it'll be trash, even if its legit it'll be damaged in shipping. just holding a bottle and shaking it will ruin it. you need to actually get it from age clinics or shady sports doctors and that shit costs. its mostly for NFL players recovering from injury or maybe just bodybuilders who got thousands to toss away and cant say no to it

Arnold is right. Most of these guys look absolutely retarded. And a lot of them are out of breath from walking a few steps, or even talking for a few minutes. They don't do cardio because they're worried about losing their gains, bro.

Anyways, regarding steroids/HGH. I don't really care if they do it, obviously if you want to compete in bodybuilding you absolutely have to do it, it's just not possible to get that big naturally, but a lot of these guys take it overboard and it fucks them up in the long run, with their huge/nasty guts and whatever else medical issues it may cause. Then you have guys like Zyzz having heart attacks at age 22 and dying. It's just not worth it. It's great staying in shape and being proud of being in fantastic shape, just not when it's over done like a lot of these guys, it's an addiction for a lot of them.
