I'm awake like a night owl so my big .meal is between 3-8p. It's not always a big meal though necessarily, I only eat one 6 out of 7 days and twice one time a week maximum.

I rarely drink,. I have a moon juice left from a 6er four months ago, a Sapporo I been meaning to drink for 2 months, a Reposado bottle bought in Mexico before New year's unopened, four shots of punch moonshine from a bottle I split with one of my bitches over NYE, another bottle of moonshine 3/4 full from a year ago, a half bottle of rum from a year ago, an unopened bottle of absynthe from a year ago.

I will be going to Vegas and LA at the end of June and prob have one Henny Max in Vegas and one beer max in LA lol

Don't smoke, partake in edibles when I feel like making a batch every 3-4 months...

I also only sleep like four hours a day so probably better off not partaking in the fun stuff...

So everybody is glancing over this like it aint no thing, huh.

When I said I was vegan I got so much diarrhea thrown over me from this site I'm still washing it out.

Fuck you guys :'(
Siccness is going soft man, I even ordered vegan options at restaurants with other Siccness members present and didn't get clowned. When I hit up Seattle and hung out with some of the brehs from up there I would get things like the veggie burger at the burger spots, pizza with vegan "cheese" and jackfruit "chicken" at the pizza spot etc.

Or maybe I'm cool ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I try to eat pretty healthy but leave room to cheat. I travel a fair amount and love good food so I hate not being able to eat whatever I want off the menu sometimes.
Average day for me is workout for 15-30 mins in the am, almond milk/bananna/protein mix shake. Chicken tacos or leftover chicken and fish from dinner the night before and then tons of veggies and grilled chicken or salmon for dinner. Thats probably 5 days a week. The two other days are 20 beers half a bottle of booze and a gram of blow mixed with shitty food.

I hear ya... honest tho I don't feel deprived. I've lived every whichway and I feel the best on this protocol. A few protocols ago I was on booze, chicken fingers, and tacos.

About not eating legumes... that's a great point. I stopped eating them because I did whole30 diet and I've made a few changes but never added back in legumes. I probably will now.

Don't know if it's really healthy in itself but for those looking for alternatives to energy drinks etc I've been fucking with MCT Oil in my morning coffee lately and it does seem to provide a "cleaner" energy boost that lasts throughout the morning. I used to put coconut oil in my coffee so this is just the next step of just taking the stuff in the coconut oil, MCT, straight into the coffee. Make sure to get C8 or C10 or both.

I know I need to find a healthier alternative to snacking on chips all the damn time. Every time I go in the store I feel like I NEED a bag of chips or else.
That is due to your diet. You might need slower acting carbs such as whole grain bread and also a more spread out meal plan, for example if you wake up at 7, eat at 7am, 10am, 12pm 3pm and 5pm. Smaller meals that will keep you full throughout the day. If you feel a bit hungry at night, drink some water or have a bigger dinner.

Join up on Free Calorie Counter, Diet & Exercise Journal | MyFitnessPal.com a few of us are on there add xNAMOx

Do a diary for a week and you will see what you are doing wrong, it's free. Add in your measurements and you will see what your daily caloric intake should be for maintenance and weight loss.

Yea, Michael Klaper was one of the reasons I went on a vegan diet 7 years ago. He had a great presentation named "Foods that Kill".

Word, I'm glad I gave up dairy. Dairy is fucked up after you read about it. People can actually become addicted to the hormones in it and if they eat a ton of cheese and milk they can actually withdrawal when they quit. When I quit a year ago I had headaches for like 3 days lol that alone should show how fucked up it is.
Casomorphin. This clip touches on that topic around 8:30. It's worth watching the whole thing.

Lastly, counting calories is fine and all but it's not a necessity if you KNOW you're eating healthy. Eating shit for empty calories is the problem. Unnecessarily bathing your body with processed carbs etc.

My advise for you overweight folks is to start implementing a raw food diet. Once in a while a smoothie is alright, you just have to sip on it and consume it slowly in order not to abruptly spike up your blood sugar. Also, start moving as much as possible. It's instrumental in keeping your blood sugar in check. The more active, the better. Last but not least, intermittent fasting will do wonders, especially for diabetics and those suffering from a weight problem. The most important thing is to avoid the temptation to eat. If you can't go a day or two without eating, at least try 16 hours for starters.

Get some blood work done every couple years to make sure you're still good.

Back when I was in the Army I exercised twice a day, had 6 pack abs and ran half marathons regularly. I ate whatever I wanted, mostly fast food, and I would kill a 12 pack of beer almost daily. Turns out even with abs and being in the best shape of my life I had high cholesterol. Shit will creep up on you and you won't even know it.

dr said i was cool last time i went in tested my BP cholesterol and my lung capacity

Essentially you've got the cheaper and more affordable Bulletproof Coffee.

I need to start taking advantage of the healthier and free food at work. For the most part it's healthy but I still gravitate towards the pizza or burgers but there's also pho and indian food. Mexican food is pretty weak at work, had to go get tacos from a taco truck.
