The United States is committed to helping Somalia's government strengthen democratic institutions, improve stability and security, and deliver services for the Somali people.

The United States has provided $1.5 billion in humanitarian assistance in Somalia since 2006 to address the problems of drought, famine, and refugees. Since 2011, the United States has provided an additional $240 million in development assistance to support economic, political, and social sectors to achieve greater stability, establish a formal economy, obtain access to basic services, and attain representation through legitimate, credible governance. The United States works closely with other donor partners and international organizations to support social services and the development of an effective and representative security sector, including military, police, and justice sector, while supporting ongoing African Union peacekeeping efforts.

There are many US 501C3s providing assistance in Somalia as well.

You think it's funny I said Somalia, I just chose a random country closer to you than the US, there are many more, but I don't have time to stool to your level, enjoy.
Yea man, okay. You just chose a random country. lol

You sure like to cherry pick your data and statistics, that's about the only thing you've illustrated in this thread.

$1.5b since 2006 is a pretty small number, especially when considering Somalia has little to no infrastructure or government. 2006 is an interesting year you chose,
hmm I wonder why it'd $1.5b since 2006, what could have happened in 2006? Hmm. Years of financially supporting War Lords which created a blowback situation which actually made extreme terrorists as a more humane alternative to many of the people. The people who routinely chop off heads, more humane than the US supported War Lords. You know how fucked you gotta be where the Islamic extremists are considered the better alternative? I wonder where in your stats talk about that.

CIA activities in Somalia - Wikipedia
According to the Alliance for the Restoration of Peace and Counter-Terrorism. As the power balance shifted towards this alliance, the CIA program backfired and the militias of the Islamic Court Union (ICU) gained control of the country.[1] Although the ICU was locally supported for having restored a relative level of peace[2] to the volatile region after having defeated the CIA-funded Alliance for the Restoration of Peace and Counter-Terrorism in the Second Battle of Mogadishu, concerns about the growth and popular support for an Islamic country during the United States' War on Terror led to a new approach of the intervention of CIA, the United States military and Ethiopia's dominantly Christian government.
Somalia 2006. And the link goes on and on with more "interesting" data.

"United States is committed to helping Somalia's government strengthen democratic institutions, improve stability and security, and deliver services for the Somali people. "

That's absolutely comical and sad if you actually believe it (which you don't but you think you can paste some info as a way to "win" your argument with other members. You're not fooling anyone though but nice try!) Sounds like a direct quote from CIA.gov

I haven't "cherry-picked" anything, he asked a question and he received an answer. You haven't added anything relevant to the topic, which is quite typical of you. If we are going to talk about the world manipulating Africa, let's do it- please start a new thread, we can discuss how Russia has been involved in that as well.

Oh right, of course, because when you posted about $1.5b going to Somalia since 2006 for "humanitarian aid" you did so by providing a relevant answer to a question right, knowing perfectly well that money isn't for aid as it is to combat the shitstorm the US helped create. You're cherry picking data and using it to fit your argument, even though you know better.

When you post "The rate of deaths from mass shootings per million people, you're cherry picking data you found to fit your argument. You could of course say there have been X amount of mass shootings in the US, more than any other country in the world, but that wouldn't fit your argument. Like I said, cherry picking.

I've made one post, pointing out how you're misusng questionable data. That certainly is relevant to this thread.

Protecting much? Two pages ago you were posting numbers without sources and when asked for a source you said "I will give you the links when you have answered my questions", right ok Mr. Google. Heres a stat - 6.43 million people die from brain aneurysms each year after reading bullshit online like what you post daily, what's my source? I'll post it later because reasons! I'll also project my own fuckery onto others as a defense mechanism and make sure to type LOL LOL in all caps as a way to show everyone how I deal with my childlike emotions, that will show them! Brilliant tactic!

Actually it isn't. The population of the US is more than 20 times that of the Netherlands, so showing the statistics on a per million basis is more comparative than saying, the US has more mass shootings in number than the Netherlands (not a real surprise, but what is surpirising is how theirs really is with their gun laws in place and all (working so well /sarcasm)). You are the one "cherry picking" to fit what you think.

I personally think $0 should go to Somalia, nonetheless, if you think not a single $ of $1.5 billion (which averages more than $100 million a year) went to aid, you're delusional. Did it go to a corrupt government, just as our tax money goes to a corrupt government? Sure, that wasn't the discussion. You might find it useful to not butt in and create sidebars to distract from the thread topics when things don't align for you. How or why they made you a mod, lmao, some idiot decided that one.

On a side note, remember when you edited my post(s) because you were mad? LOL How old is you bruh? Yup, you probably have a mental health issue as well and should probably go seek help. Let's hope you don't own any guns. LOL

I haven't posted in months so you're referring to a different thread, different topic and different time where I told you to Google something?! Good job!

Again with the all caps LOL LOL, I like the 13 year old girl style of typing you have and you ask how old I am.

Yeah man, the requirements to be a mod of a sub forum on the Siccness is really intense. Background checks,
credit score checks, 3 references and a resume, reviewed by a panel of super mods over the course of months. The high standards set by Moderator Chree really set the bar high man.

Im sorry it hurt your feelings that I edited a post of yours over a year ago and you're still holding onto that memory,
I can't imagine the pain & suffering it must have caused you (/sarcasm LOLOL). I'm sure it had nothing to do with how you kept following my posts in various forums randomly talking shit for no reason other than you being drunk or strung out or just being a fag in general which to be fair is normal for you.

I do like how you keep notes about our history to where you always reply with some "remember that time 18 months ago when you..." no sorry man, I don't remember some insignificant interaction on a message board from last week, let alone months ago. You go around talking shit to everyone acting like you know everything and as soon as someone challenges something you post you're all "LOL LOL remember when you posted XYZ 8 months ago LOL burn!"

you mean still hustlin is fudging numbers to push his point? Shocker.

ANYWAYS

If any person on earth thinks "mass shootings" are more prevalent in the Netherlands than the US then go and slit your wrists now. Please.

Lol

Fair is fair: stillhustlin said the number of mass shootings in the Netherlands were ‘only slightly less’ compared to the number of mass shootings in the USA. However he never showed the source where he found his ‘mass shooting statistics’ and even if the statistics he mentioned are correct (which I doubt) the difference between the number of mass shootings in the US and the Netherlands is still huge.

USA has a problem. I blamed the right to carry a gun. That’s basically what started this ‘debate’ because stillhustlin loves his weapon so much he doesn’t like the idea of getting separated from his gun lol

You are welcome to blame whatever you want, it doesn't change reality, however. How many sources have you posted for your opinions? 0? You are right, I cannot argue, nor have I attempted to argue, whom has a higher rate of incidents. You have been given the data, choose what you will, America doesn't depend on any of our opinions. You and others are not getting the bigger picture that it's a people problem; at the end of the day you not comprehending it changes nothing. You can set up a bot to scan for all the news reports on the internet and drive your own data if you wish, It's fairly simple. The information is there at your fingertips. If it is important to you mine it.

That's not what I said, I said YOU can set up a bot. If you really are from the Netherlands, I get English isn't your first language so it's all good you can't comprehend it....it's nothing...

Why would I need bots to gather news for me? I'm well informed lol

You are right English is not my first language. In the Netherlands we speak dutch. We have our own language, unlike you Americans.
