He is fucking nuts. But this story appears to be fake. It's become a popular trend lately to make fake, Onion like articles that get passed around, like the fake story of N. Koreans claiming they landed a man on the sun lol. It's funny stuff but some people take it is factual.
More serious stories, and real articles, should be the focus like human rights violations, etc. It's a really shitty country to live in!

Which is my point and also shows how crappy journalism has become. Some fake story is created, it gets passed around and major news sources pick them up. And because it's N. Korea, they feel there is no need to actual fact check and research sources.
This isn't isolated to N. Korea either, this is a reflection on current day journalism and reporting as a whole. There are countless examples of major news sources picking up completely bogus stories.
