Can anyone who wants to learn how to dunk on a regulation court do it if they want to

If I had some jump soles or whatever those were called I could. I'm 6' 190 and can't dunk. My wingspan is a little short for a basketball player at 72" so that doesn't help.

This is pretty retarded question... but if someone dedicated there life to developing the muscles and coordination/ technique needed to dunk I don't see why not.

Granted they are reasonable height, age and proportions.

if u sit there n work out everyday im sure anyone can dunk on a regulation rim...10 feet aint that much...im 5'7 n i was grabbin rim when i hooped on a consistent basis.
