Lemme see if I can track it down. It might have actually been red dragon not incisions, but he said something in a livewire thread about how he wasnt feeling their latest shit or somthing to that effect and stalin bounced through, said "eat a dick" and then incisions (or red dragon) wrote fifty-leven paragraphs apoloizing and never got a response. Someone with a better memory that me/better search skills help a playa out.
