Yes, exactly. If you break down the votes state by state, and then county by county, you can clearly see that in the city the votes were demcorat and further towards the farmlands and rural areas they vote bush.

Actually, the military reported that Bush's IQ is HIGHER than Kerry's. They didn't release official numbers, but you can go ahead and retract that statement......
