Is Folsom A Nice Place to Live?

You doing time? Lol. Sacramento area is very boring if your moving from larger cities but cool if your raising kids and like camping type activities.

It's gotten a lot more developed over the past couple decades and I'm sure it will continue to grow. You can still get a nice place for like $300K.

If you're gonna move to sac and want a safe quiet place for you and your fam then Folsom or granite bay is where you should. The city would rather pay state fines that allow low income properties/residents.

2 hours from SF. 2 hours from Lake Tahoe. 2 hours from Reno. you can go to the ocean then go to the snow on the same day. the Sac area is coo and hella big and in the middle of a lotta shit to do within an hour or 2.
