Dgam was on Jerriod Records first I believe. The second press for Next Episode was pressed on sosouth.com.

First press of Don't give a damn is not rare at all. It was released through Wild Pitch/EMI.
I don't think the first press of Next Episode is rare either.

There are a few represses of Don't give a damn. The first repress was still on wild pitch I believe but it had a different cd than the og purple disc and only a two page foldout instead of the multi page og front insert. Then it was repressed by beatbox without the wild pitch logo on the inserts. I don't know what that disc looks like, but it only has a one page insert. Beatbox then pressed it again with the wild pitch logo and one page insert. Next Episode as far as I know only has the beatbox one page insert repress
