Audio CD-Rs going bad... collectors feel my pain

Ok.

I just went back home and started going through my old CD-Rs from 10+years ago. The Verbatim ones seem to have lived up to their reputation, but I also had some cheap ones, and a number of those have started to develop the bleaching from the outside effect and don't play...

i think im doin good with mines, i took few randomly last few weeks, and they all play perfect in my car.
but somehow i think i should rip em just in case, will leave it for the winter time.
