Hey folks,

I'm looking to try a new VST but want to try one that has good old-type synths...I have Arturia Mini-Moog already but looking for something with sounds similiar to the old Planet Phatt/Mo Phatt modules...I got quite a few synth vsti's but most just have hella ravey type sounds.

Any suggestions?

im always workin tryin to get some decent sounds out of these things.. its as much programming as it is the software, but some plugins def achieve those sounds easier than others.. (%99 of presets are garbage for sure) the korg m1 & the rest of the legacy collection are supposed to be decent reproductions of the origianls... i thought i read FM8 uses the old dx7 patches.. oldschool but not really like your examples...
i really like the sound of the new U-He synth ACE.. warm oldschool sound, but i cant speak for the presets , i didt even touch em.. give it a try id say... super CPU hog but it sounds great

"Poly-Ana" is an option too
