Are These Release Dates Correct? 2 New D.E. Albums!

I was browsing cduniverse checking out the upcoming releases and I found 2 First Degree The D.E. albums that have a realese date of October 17th. If these are in fact going to be dropping I'm going to preorder this shit for sure! Here's the links to the 2 albums... Looks like 2 different record labels to me?

You can find that Phonk Beta cd here, I'm not sure when the release date is though, it was suppose to drop on the 19th...
