what he did last year proved he should still be in the NFL. it's not his fault he chokes whenever it's on some real big game shit.

ok, maybe it is his fault he chokes, but still he's the greatest regular season QB available today

It's an interesting question because the reality is I don't really see the Broncos winning a SB anytime in the near future, and Peyton doesn't have that many years left.

I mean if it's not the Hawks winning the Superbowl next year it's most likely gonna be someone from the NFC (San Fran - Carolina - NO - Green Bay) and to be honest I would be surprised to see Denver representing the AFC next year. I think it's more likely that Indy or New England represents the AFC next year.

So although Peyton probably doesn't see things that way, I doubt he wins any more Superbowls before he retires.

I do feel bad for him because I think he is one of the best if not the best QBs of all time and people will always question his legacy because of the lack of rings.

He didn't choke he just played a far superior team. That defense was too much.

Obviously he should continue playing as he had one of the greatest season's in history.

you're tripping, Peyton choked. he played a far superior team and choked. he's one of the greatest QB's, but that day he had only one good drive and it ended up in a turnover. his team helped him choke, but he's supposed to be able to make plays even if his team is fuckin up. not to discredit the seachickens, they shut down the donkeys, but still peyton should've put more than 8 points on the board. since he didn't he choked, plain & simple.

Insert any QB on that bronco team and they get killed by that Seahawks defense.

Lol at peyton didn't choke. Peyton choked, just when the NFL has choke artists like Romo and Kaepernick it doesn't look half as bad in comparison.

Peyton said whether he was gonna keep playing was dependent on his neck. So idk why people are arguing about this shit like the media is influencing his retirement.

Was thinking the same thing. Folks acting like the Patriots didnt own Peyton and Peyton dominated them this season in the AFC championship.

(Back to thread question) I dont think he should come back. He doesn't really have much to prove in my eyes who cares if hes not considered the greatest. He already overcame a lot just by getting his team as far as he has these past 2 seasons when everyone thought he would never play another down or get crippled the first time he was hit hard. Hes the ultimate competitor but hes gonna turn into Brett Favre if he doesn't get out while can and not ruin his legacy any more then he has
