Pete talkin about kam and Avrils injuries being career threatening
Yeah Kam is almost certainly done, but I'm pretty sure he'll be on IR next season as I read he gets $11 million or something along those lines as long as he's on the team, he wisely got some injury protection in his contract so ad long ad GE doesn't retire they got to pay him.

__

The defense is going to see some changes but they are in a good position to get younger, free up some cap space and be a top defense again.

First I think they should sign Maxwell to a 2 or 3 year contract, he clearly is perfect for this system and struggles anywhere else, which teams are aware of so he's not going to get any big offers elsewhere again. They can get him fir relatively cheap.

Shaq
Sherman
Maxwell
Coleman
McDougald
Earl

Because Shaq, Coleman and McDougald are on rookie contracts I think they can afford to keep all these guys. They only really have to pay Sherm and Maxwell.

Coleman and Maxwell can play nickle packages and fill in for Sherm/Shaq when injured. That's great depth.

Shead is the only question mark here. They might value him more than Maxwell but to me Maxwell is the better player and we still don't know how good he'll be after his injury.

Same could be said for Sherman I suppose, they could try to cut ties with him too and free up $11 million if he's traded. 30 years old, one year left on contract coming off big injury. I don't see that happening though, I think he's too talented and too important to this defense to let go.

Offense, I have no idea what they're going to do. If Cable and Bevell both return I doubt they get much better though. It's time for new minds with the offense.

Russell Wilson has been on the Yankees spring training squad and actually got put in to pinch hit for Aaron Judge today. He struck out though. Had a good swing, if he connected that shit would have went yard.

So thankful they dumping that bum ass hit like a scary bitch ass Sherman..... Time to build that D again....maybe draft a real corner who can play more than one spot and not scared of Carlos Hyde....

Should have dumped Carroll too

Sherman has been a top 5 run stopping DB for 5 or 6 years now, what do u mean hit like a bitch?? there are no soft DBs stopping runs consitently like that, they are all hard nosed players if u look up the stats ... and Sherman did follow guys around the field with success when there was injuries and he was asked to do it, but other than that he was literally asked NOT to do that by the coaching staff cause it didnt fit their plan on defense... did u expect Sherm to just not listen to the coaches and go chase other WRs all over the field?? lol fuck no... what happened was they actually TRUSTED their other players and didnt feel the need to have their top corner chase guys all over the field to throw shit off... how long has it been since SF beat Seattle?? aint nobody scared of oft injured Carlos Hyde... its also a lot of shit talking about a player thats a better DB than SF has had in over a damn decade :siccness:
