I read a Field Gulls article about how poorly the draft picks from Pete & Co. have been over the last 3 years. I cant see to find it, however.

EDIT: here we go

Seahawks getting little production from rookies, continuing disturbing trend - Field Gulls
This largely has to do with the fact they already have the core guys as locked as starters. The rookies they are drafting are fighting to make the team or fighting for 2nd or 3rd string roles. So when you already have a team full of pro bowl caliber players at nearly every position it's a lot harder to draft. Besides the o-line, the only real spots open have been CB opposite of Sherm and DBs for depth and WRs fighting for the #3-4 spots, and d-lineman for rotation since that's always going to be a need on any team.

I wanted them to draft nothing but o-lineman last season lol and I'm serious. Draft 7 lineman, have them fight it out. Sign undrafted players for all other positions. No team has ever done that in history but the Seahawks are so fucked on the line that it would actually make perfect sense for them! They should trim the fat so to speak as well, let go of all players who have been disappointing which could free up a little cap space to sign a free agent lineman or two. That and a bunch of draft picks, they could completely reinvent the line, just keep Britt & Germain Ifedi. The rest of the team is already solid so why the fuck not?

Brother bought us tix for the game...shit about to be LIT. Aint no tie this time around!
You gonna go to the brewery before the game? Gotta pre funk to avoid those $9 beers. I'm usually loaded by kickoff lol then only buy one or two beers at the game, with a hotdog or whatever that's like $27.

And that's the reason I don't go to more games. Already expensive as it is, so altogether it's a few hundred dollar event at least (usually more like $500+ unless you get a good deal). Few years ago I would try to go to about 4 games a year but the prices just keep going up now it's to the point where I haven't been to a game this season or last.

I used to in the past...my buddy knew the manager there and we would get beers for like $1. But now they just tailgate at the east parking lot. Fuckin fireball shots...ugggh.

I never drink in the stadium...ever. Overpriced and dont like bathroom lines.

Nahi wish, haven't been to a game all season. I used to go with a buddy several games a year we would find good deals all the time, now it's getting more and more difficult to find good prices and it's hard for me to justify $300-$500+ for a game, got enough problems lol

My coworker, the boss man's son, he's going to the game tomorrow, flying to the Bahamas right after and on the way back next week stopping off in ATL to go to the Huskies game. Jealous as fuck

Yep. Kam gets hurt is out the game already missing Earl and they go right after it with a bomb. Offensive line can't block FOR SHIT literally can't block to save their lives so the offense is incapable of doing anything whatsoever.

Like I said the other day this team is not built for making comebacks this year, not the way they've been playing, so it's very unlikely anything will change second half. Could be a packers type loss. At fucking home.

They obvious don't deserve the #2 seed. And what would be the point? Any team with a somewhat functional defensive line will destroy this offense.

Draft 7 offensive lineman. Keep Britt and Ifedi. Everyone else can piss off. And yeah I know Ifedi has been playing like shit too but he's a rookie and has upside.
