Anybody watch the combine over the last 4 days? LB corp this year looks very "meh"...DL is a DEEP class, which bodes well for us. Would like to get another body out there, possibly a pass rusher. WR is deep as well, and HAD knows we can use more bodies there, especially since the future of Prich is basically unknown at this point. I didnt see the RB's or QB's, and only saw some of the OL and TE's (another area we need to look at). I didnt see any DB's today though, due to work. Booo.

Seahawks salary cap room officially set
The official salary cap figure was announced Monday, and it leaves the Seahawks with a little more to work with than originally though.
The salary cap for the 2014 season is officially $143.28 million.
With the $4.825 million in unused cap space from 2014 that carries over, and a $152,738 adjustment by the NFL, the Seahawks adjusted cap for this season is $148,257,738, per figures released by the NFLPA Monday. The Seahawks have $122,994,003 committed to their cap already, per figures from spotrac.com.
That means the Seahawks have approximately $25,263,735 to spend in free agency and the draft, although much of that will likely be taken up by signing Russell Wilson and Bobby Wagner to contract extensions. Linked below are the players currently under contract.

Seattle has 15 players scheduled to become an unrestricted free agent on March 10, with cornerback Byron Maxwell the most notable departure. While the Seahawks would love to have Maxwell back, there has been no indication the two sides will be able to come to an agreement before he hits the market, where he is likely to get a contract more in line with a No. 1 cornerback.

Report: Seahawks expected to pursue Tramon Williams
If Byron Maxwell leaves Seattle in free agency, the Seattle Seahawks will be in need of help at cornerback this offseason.
According to Bob McGinn of the Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel, the Seahawks are expected to pursue Green Bay Packers free agent cornerback Tramon Williams to replace Maxwell opposite of Richard Sherman.
Per McGinn, the Seahawks have made their intentions to pursue Williams clear to him and his agent.
Maxwell is the top free agent cornerback on the market and will likely be too expensive for Seattle to retain. The Seahawks have committed large contracts to the three other starters in their secondary – Sherman, Earl Thomas and Kam Chancellor – and are still looking to extend Marshawn Lynch, Russell Wilson and potentially Bobby Wagner this offseason.
Jeremy Lane will also likely miss a significant portion of the season after tearing his ACL in the Super Bowl, leaving Seattle with just Sherman, Tharold Simon and Marcus Burley available at the position. Deshawn Shead and Steven Terrell can also play the position in a pinch, but have been more often used as safeties.
Williams was signed by the Packers when Seattle general manager John Schneider was still a member of Green Bay’s front office in 2006. He could be a cheaper veteran option to replace Maxwell.
This is all assuming Williams doesn’t agree to extension from the Packers prior to the start of free agency next week. The Journal-Sentinel reports Williams turned down a two-year, $8 million offer from the Packers.
