It's not in the middle though, it sides almost solely with Zola. What she didn't say is that she's a hoe too and she exaggerated some stuff, like Jarrett jumping off the balcony at the end (he did do embarrassing stuff to himself though he admits that too like punching himself in the face crying) and the Nigerian pimp showed him pictures of himself fucking Jess to Jarrett (rather than him fucking her in front of Jarrett, equally as pathetic) but all the key stuff checks out.
