i'm in a strength training class at school right now.....and i started taking creatine like a month into the class....I could bench like 120...now I bench like 150....and I can squat, deadlift, and power clean more than I could before....It doesn't make you stronger, it just "gives you more energy during high intensity work outs." at least, that's what the back of the bottle says.....make sure you read all the shit real close though.....and make sure if you take it, to not take more than the suggested serving.....

But I do believe it helps if you are serious about lifting and getting stronger!

Yeah man, it just mainly gives you energy. You will notice the biggest increases right away when using it. When I first started, my bench press went up 40 lbs. in two weeks. I don't use it no more, though. Don't want to get too big and I don't need to anymore anyways. Tastes nasty.

that's why they have unflavored creatine...lol, you can put it "in juice or your favorite sports drink." lol....gatorade is easy.....or cran-raspberry juice, that's pretty good too.....

Even still, it tastes nasty. Maybe it's just forcing all that powder down my throat that I don't like. That's the main reason I stopped. I never mixed it in a drink. I always just put the powder in my mouth and then drank water until all the powder went down. But fuck it.

your not supposed to do that... you throw it in a drink and drink it. as for what it does... it DOES help you gain weight, as well as energize you. but dont be fooled by all the weight you gain, cause unless you work out like a mutha fucka, it will all be water weight, it just helps retain it, the rest is up to you. make sure you ALWAYS work out when you take it, dont just take it for the hell of it. and make sure you complete the 4 day loading period or you will be dissapointed.

If you go and buy a bottle, it explains it all...The 4 day loading period, is when you drink it 4 times a day, at 6 hours intervals. So you load your body with it, and you get used to is. If you have a GNC in your area, I recommend going there. That's where I got mine. Ask them what they think is a good choice, and if you think they are lying, then read all the bottles, and ask questions...I sat there for like an hour reading all the shit before I bought it...I wanted to know what I was doin....I am currently taking the shit from GNC...it's called Pro Performance or some shit like that...it's the Creatine Monohydrate....

btw, to the guy who ate the creatine, lol, dogg, if you got the monohydrate, then that shit didn't even do nothing for you...cause when you take it, you have to have a drink with sugar with it, so that it is absorbed into your blood more thoroughly...etc etc etc.....

davey, that's not a side effect.....as of yet, i can't find any side effects.....i don't notice anything different about myself, except i have moer energy and i can lift more.....

yes. either way you have to have it every day....because otherwise it filters out of your body. At least, I think so.....lol, that's what I read on the label....

what about Weight Gainer? Anybody fuck with that? Would u recommend taking weight gainer and creatin at the same time? and what about Protein? Protein shakes and all'a that?

i tried weight gainer...it tastes really fuckin gross......if you can deal with that, then sure, take it....creatine works for me....i like it...i got the unflavored shit, so i just put it in gatorade and drink it like 20 mintues before i start warming up to work out....protein...i dunno about......if you got a GNC near you, hit them up, they helped me figure some shit out.....after i was there for an hour reading all the bottles lol.....good luck!

gnc iz expensive , i got all my whey protien at a place were they sold a 5 pound tub for 35 bucks, they have once a year sale i got minez for 20 for each 5 pound tub, im also going to start taking amino acid pills that way i wont have to eat so damn much
