Unfortunately neither Mark Davis or the city of Oakland can afford it. Mark Davis is the least richest owner in the league. Him and his mom are worth a combined $500 million and that all comes from their percentage of team ownership with the Raiders. Mark Davis literally has no money to put towards a stadium lol

Probably why Al Davis kept taking stadium renovation deals with both the LA Coliseum and Oakland Coliseum because he had no money himself to put up towards a stadium so he had to take what he could get.

Everyone knew they would be at the Coliseum in 2015. 2016 they're basically guaranteed to be gone unless some miracle investors show up with enough money to front a stadium in Oakland. Cause neither Mark Davis or the city of Oakland have a billion+ laying around.
