i dont know if this is the right forum.. but i am trying to make an animated gif of my homeboy and i dont know what prog to use or how to even start. I would think Flash but im unsure... is anybody good at making animated gifs?? i have a clip of a video and but im trying to add something to it... hit me up if you can help...
