i totally jacked this from another forum.

What Humans Will Look Like in 50 Million Years.

This dude from 1981 thinks humans will look like this in 50 million years, if they survive that long. The article is a decent read, makes a pretty good point about how medical science has killed off natural selection thus hurting the human race on an evolutionary scale.

The guy who did the renderings is a Scottish paleontologist named Dougal Dixon.

These things are a pointless exercise in hypothesizing without anything firm to base those hypotheses on. Evolution may be a deterministic process given full information about the state of all subatomic particles in the universe at a given time, but in practice you can not predict it any meaningful way.
