Try Castor Oil...it's supposed to help you take a shit. I also heard that if you put a few drops of Visine in someone's drink, it'll make them shit too. Somebody asked what's the longest you've ever gone without taking a shit. I went a whole week back in November 1997 without takin a shit. That's cuzz I just had my son.
